Returning for Refund or Exchanges

Within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise except for items marked "ON SALE, SPECIAL PRICE & VOLUME ORDERS (OVER 3 ITEMS ORDERED)" which may be exchanged only:

Complete the Return/Exchange Form below:

We will supply you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER & CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS.

(Note: you may not ship the item(s) back without the RAN# or to an unauthorized address) Orders may NOT be shipped back to the label on the box you received:

Once you have received our RAN# and address, you must ship the item the next business day or the order becomes complete without further claims:

Packaging your return: Purchase a strong box from your local POST OFFICE. Wrap your item carefully. Enclose tags, labels, locks-keys, attachments. If you have received a free wallet, it must be included. Any item missing or damaged will be deducted from your final refund:

Apply for Global or Worldwide mail with a tracking number and keep it for your records. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DHL, FED EX, and UPS due to delivery fees and taxes. If you sent the box without a tracking code, we have no way to track it if lost. Refunds will be offered for loss or damaged returns:

"CLEARLY" write your exact order name and address used to make your order on the space provided on the POST OFFICE FORM:

If you send us a return under a differant name or address, it will be returned to sender and no refunds offered.

Send us the tracking code the same day you have mailed the package:

Upon receipt of return, we deduct the following fees. 15% credit card/check commission, $25.00 credit card refund fee, shipping and insurance non refundable. If an order is for exchange, we waive credit card refund fee and commission.
EXCHANGES:

Orders may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt for Unused purchases.

Please check our website for the designer name, item name, stock code and color of item you wish to exchange. Fill out form below and wait for our reply.

You may not return the orders to the shipping label on the box you have received!

Original order must be shipped back at customer expense.

Exchange must be for items of equal or higher sales price at current advertised price.

Additional cost of exchange per item, shipping of $48.80, insurance $14.80 and handling $50.00 fees are charged to your credit card before exchange is shipped.
*NOTICE: We do not refund customers for any return shipping or handling. We will deduct any additional Postage or Customs fees we are charged on returns from your final refund. We are NOT liable for losses or damages in return shipping. We are not liable for personal items left inside the return merchandise. We will deduct for any item missing from your refund. If the return item has been used or damaged, we will refuse the item and return to sender without further refund. We offer no refunds on SPECIAL ORDERS, ITEMS ON SALE OR VOLUME ORDERS (ORDERS OVER 3 ITEMS):
